How do I start a workout?

Go to the "Today" tab and tap "Start Empty Workout". You can then add exercises and track your sets.

Can I create custom exercises?

Yes! Go to the "Exercises" tab, tap the "+" button, and fill in the exercise details.

Is my data secure?

Yes! Your workout data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it, and it never leaves your phone unless you choose to share it. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I use the app offline?

Absolutely! RepWise is designed as an offline-first application. All features work without an internet connection.

Do I need an account?

No account is required to use RepWise. Your data is tied to your device.

How do I backup my data?

Since RepWise stores data locally, we recommend using your device's native backup solutions (like iCloud or Google Backup) to ensure your data is preserved if you switch devices.

What languages are supported?

RepWise is currently available in English, Turkish (Türkçe), and Dutch (Nederlands). You can change your preferred language anytime in the Settings tab.

Does the app cost money?

RepWise is currently free to use with no hidden costs or subscriptions.

Getting Started

New to RepWise? Here's a quick guide:

  1. Open the App: No sign-up required! You can start tracking immediately.
  2. Start Your First Workout: Go to "Today" tab and tap "Start Empty Workout"
  3. Add Exercises: Tap "Add Exercise" and select from the library or create custom ones
  4. Track Sets: Enter weight and reps for each set, then mark as complete
  5. Finish: Tap "Finish" when done to save your workout
  6. View History: Check the "History" tab to see all your past workouts
