RepWise ("we", "our", or "us") operates the RepWise mobile application (the "Service"). At RepWise, we prioritize your privacy. The Service is designed as an offline-first application, meaning your workout data stays on your device.

1. Information We Collect

We believe in minimal data collection. The Service operates without requiring a user account.

• Workout Data: All exercise logs, sets, reps, weights, and workout history are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
• Anonymous Usage Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous information about how the app is used (e.g., sessions, feature usage, and technical performance/crashes). This data is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the anonymous usage data to:

• Monitor and improve the performance of the Service.
• Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience.
• Identify and fix technical issues or crashes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Since your workout data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data depends on your device's security settings. We recommend using device encryption and secure passcodes.

Any anonymous usage data collected via Firebase is subject to Google's security standards.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information. Anonymous usage data is processed by Google (Firebase Analytics) as our service provider.

5. User Rights

Because we do not store your workout data on our servers, you have full control over it:

• Access/Delete: You can view and delete your workout data directly within the app or by uninstalling the app.
• Opt-out: You may opt-out of anonymous analytics via the app settings.

6. Data Retention

Workout data is retained on your device as long as the app is installed. If you delete the app, all local data is permanently removed. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Google in accordance with their policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with RepWise. This helps us prioritize new features and fix bugs. This data is strictly anonymous.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
