Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the RepWise mobile application (the "Service") operated by RepWise ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

RepWise is a workout tracking application designed for personal use. The Service allows you to:

• Log workouts, exercises, sets, and reps
• Track your workout history and progress
• Access a library of exercises
• Store all your data locally on your device

User Accounts and Data

RepWise is an offline-first application. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the Service. Accordingly:

• Local Storage: Your workout data is stored locally on your device.
• No Cloud Sync: We do not synchronize your data across multiple devices or store it on our servers.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you create.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

Data Backup

IMPORTANT: Because RepWise does not store your data on its servers, we cannot recover your data if you lose your device or delete the app. You are solely responsible for backing up your data if you wish to preserve it.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: RepWise is a tracking tool only. We do not provide medical, fitness, or health advice. Before beginning any exercise program:

• Consult with your physician or healthcare provider
• Ensure you are physically capable of performing exercises
• Use proper form and technique to avoid injury

We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from using the Service or following any workout routines.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RepWise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

RepWise reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the application from your device. Upon deletion, all local data will be permanently removed.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RepWise, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Free Service

RepWise is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce pricing or subscription models in the future with advance notice.
